JANE SMITH ROBERTS

I am a trailblazer for organizational change focusing on empowering employees to reach their maximum potential, aligning professional growth with organizational goals. I work to build genuine, transparent, relationships with all levels of employees so that I can be effective in delivering organizational initiatives and improving the workplace culture through cross-functional departmental cooperation. I am actively involved in shaping the future of human resources by serving as a SHRM Volunteer Leader, along with acting on professional development boards in the Knoxville community.  My industry range includes healthcare, transportation, staffing, and nonprofit organization management.  Working as a senior human resource leader, I have  learned to recognize what sets apart successful organizations from the rest.  As a consultant I look forward to the opportunity to share my expertise to benefit your organizational or professional goals.
